- Attend all classes (dMAIC)
- Write and maintain a minimum of 80% average on MAIC exams
- Complete two projects
- Complete two project final reports including a one page executive summary for each
- Champion, Process Owner, Controller and Six Sigma Canada Inc. sign-off of project completion
- Competently demonstrate the use of the six sigma tools and methodology
