I wanted to drop you a note to commend you for a great job with our Green Belt training class. The feedback that I have received from the participants has been nothing short of extraordinary. The entire class felt that it was an invaluable team-building experience, and many of them expressed that they had not been through a more challenging and rewarding training class during their entire career. As expected, many of them had no previous statistical knowledge or experience. Due to this fact, it was a major challenge to them not only personally but also professionally. Several of our now 'Green Belts' have mentioned that this class was truly a life changing experience. The momentum has not stopped. Each certified Green Belt has at least two projects in their fiscal 2002 goals and objectives. We achieved some great results and look forward to future savings for Acadia Automotive.
