Train the Trainer (TTT) 3 Day Program
Whether you are developing hands on training for a small department, or divisional training for hundreds of employees, Six Sigma Canada Inc.’s Train the Trainer Program is an effective way to save thousands of dollars by developing your training in house. This program was developed to teach your employees training design and delivery methods. From conducting needs assessments to evaluating training results, participants will learn how to create effective, interactive training while developing key facilitation skills to ensure your training dollars are well spent.
Based on proven training methods promoted by ASTD (American Society for Training & Development), participants will learn how to:
• Develop, Design and Deliver Training programs using the Training Cycle
• Become an effective Facilitator / Communicator / Trainer
• Understand the theories of Adult Learning
• Create effective Training Objectives
Each participant will have the opportunity to put their training skills into practice by planning and facilitating two 5-10 minute training sessions during the 3 day session. Using experiential learning techniques, as well as verbal and written feedback from the instructors, participant’s development is accelerated due to practical application. (Note – Individual “before” and “after” presentations are videotaped and provided to participants at the end of the program)
