The iGrafx Process for six sigma course uses special software specifically designed to make improvements in cycle time, resource utilization, cost analysis, reduce bottleneck processes, control flow through a process, and even model new processes. The course is a comprehensive 1 week class designed for those employees who are already Black Belt or Green Belt certified.
The iGrafx Process for six sigma software allows you to visualize your process through advanced modeling. The results are then analyzed with both built in and custom statistics. The software also has a direct interface with Minitab, the industry standard for statistics.
