2. Services

Six Sigma Canada provides online Lean Six Sigma training courses and certification programs. Access to course content requires registration and, where applicable, payment of course fees.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Content

All course materials, including text, graphics, videos, and other content, are the property of Six Sigma Canada or its content providers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our course materials without express written permission.

5. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements. Six Sigma Canada reserves the right to set and modify completion requirements at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Six Sigma Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
