A 15-day program that builds on the Yellow Belt and works through the full DMAIC methodology. You learn to lead improvement projects end to end: validate measurement systems, assess capability, run hypothesis tests, design experiments, and hold gains with statistical process control. Minitab is used throughout, with worked examples drawn from real manufacturing and transactional processes.

What You'll Learn:

- Everything in the Yellow Belt, plus:

- Measurement system analysis (attribute and variable) and capability studies

- Basic statistics in Minitab and graphical analysis

- Inferential statistics, equal-variance tests, and t-tests

- ANOVA, proportion and chi-square tests, correlation, and regression

- Design of Experiments: full factorial and attribute DOE

- Statistical process control for variable and attribute data, and control plans

Who This Is For:

Engineers, managers, and CI professionals who lead improvement projects. Yellow Belt or equivalent experience is recommended but not required.
