ASI DataMyte Partners with Six Sigma Canada Inc. to offer Lean Six Sigma Methodology Seminars
In the quest for continued profits and leaner manufacturing systems ASI DataMyte has seen many of our customers looking to Lean Six Sigma initiatives to analyze their business processes. Our products and methodology training have been supporting Lean Six Sigma from the onset, but with new concentration on the initiative we have developed a partnership with Six Sigma Canada Inc., Inc. to bring detailed training to our customers. Upon completion of a four week program Six Sigma Canada Inc. can qualify students for Black Belt status. During this time students will be taught the Lean Six Sigma Methodology while SSC practitioners walk them through their first Lean Six Sigma project.

This continues in the ongoing support ASI DataMyte provides for Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Our hardware and software are used to support LeanSix Sigma initiatives. Lean Six Sigma is a structured, data driven methodology that can be applied to any aspect of business. It is used to improve customer satisfaction, eliminate waste and increase profit. The premise is that where work is being done, waste is being generated. The higher the waste level, the greater chance of poor customer satisfaction, higher cycle times, increased defect rates and most importantly, profit loss.

ASI DataMyte quality management tools such as data collectors and Statistical Process Control software are used to support these initiatives and data analysis. Being a data driven methodology our data collection and analysis tools are a driving force behind a Lean Six Sigma project. Furthermore, our software is designed to export seamlessly to Minitab for further analysis in accepted Lean Six Sigma formats.
