Public Enrolment Registration Information
Lean Green Belt training requires thirteen days of training spread over four months to allow four to five weeks on project application between each phase of training.
Lean Black Belt training requires an additional three days of class for a total of three weeks of training, separated with four to five weeks of application between classes.
On site project support is optional and is in addition to the base tuition cost. Six Sigma Canada Inc. provides a Master Black Belt (MBB) to coach, mentor and train each Green or Black Belt that attended this public enrolment class. The role of the MBB is to ensure understanding and application of each tool taught. The MBB's also ensure that the training project is progressing throughout each phase of training.

Payment
- Full payment is due three weeks (21 days) before the first day of training.
- Payment method: cheque or purchase order.
- Payment for travel expense associated with project support is due 30 days after invoice.
- Canadian clients, add GST to cost converted to Canadian dollars according to Bank of Canada exchange rate at time of payment.
Candidate Responsibilities
- Providing a laptop computer loaded with Minitab, Microsoft Office.
- Paying for all travel, hotel and incidental costs for on site coaching visits.
- Identifying a training project with Champion.
