Virtual Training

Six Sigma Canada Inc. is now offering an online virtual classroom environment that allows for live interaction between the Master Black Belt trainer and the learners as they participate in active tool application. The virtual classroom will be shared with multiple participants in an online space where the learners and the trainer will work together through the Lean Six Sigma course curriculum.

Champion Training:

Description: 
A Champion is a member of the management team who is responsible for the logistical and business aspects of the Black Belt program. They link the business objectives to projects selected for the Black Belts. It is the responsibility of the Champion to help identify potential candidates for training and to select projects. In the role of Champion, individuals are also responsible for the performance of the Black Belt candidates. This requires that they monitor performance, project progress, and remove all barriers to successful completion of the project.

The session consists of two days of training on what Lean Six Sigma is and the roles and responsibilities of a Champion. The session provides the Champion with the knowledge of how their role supports the efforts of the Black Belt both logistically and organizationally. An additional day is scheduled two weeks following Champion class to select projects for the Black Belts to work on during the training.
Overall Course Objectives:
Have a clear understanding of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Infrastructure and the critical Roles and Responsibilities
Know how to identify, select and prioritize Lean Six Sigma Projects that best align to organizational goals and objectives linked to the business plan
Use the tools provided to select the best resources to send to Green and Black Belt level training
Duration:
2 Days (16 hours)

Both electronic reference files and a printed training manual will be provided and is included in the pricing.
Prerequisites:
Participants must have a PC with email.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training:

Description:       The Lean Yellow Belt course will teach the participant all of the Lean, Define, and Measure Phase tools. These tools are the foundation to Lean Six Sigma methodology and are used most often on process improvement projects. Typically, the Yellow Belt will apply these tools to processes that require improvement within their circle of influence.
​The session consists of five days of training on the Lean, Define, and Measure Phase tools.
Overall Course Objectives:
Have a clear understanding of when and how to effectively apply the Lean, Define, and Measure Phase tools to a process improvement project. Duration:
5 Days (40 hours)
Training Materials Provided:
Both electronic reference files and a printed training manuals will be provided and is included in the pricing.
Prerequisites:
Participants must have a PC, working email, MS Office, and free 30 day trial Minitab 19 software loaded on PC. (Load Minitab software five days prior to training date)
 
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training:

Description: 
The Lean Green Belt course will teach the participant all of the Lean, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control Phase Green Belt tools. These tools are taught in a step-by-step format that ensures that each participant will be capable of applying each tool as required by the project.
The Training program consists of thirteen days of training on the Lean, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control Phase tools.
Overall Course Objectives:
Have a clear understanding of when and how to effectively apply the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Level tools to a process improvement project.Duration: 
13 Days (104 hours)
Training Materials Provided:
Both electronic reference files and a printed training manuals will be provided and is included in the pricing.
Prerequisites:
Participants must have a PC, working email, MS Office, and Minitab 19 software loaded on PC. (Load Minitab software five days prior to training date)

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training:

Description:
The Lean Black Belt course will teach the participant all of the Lean, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control Phase Black Belt tools. These tools are taught in a step-by-step format that ensures that each participant will be capable of applying each tool as required by the project.
​The Training program consists of 17 days of training on the Lean, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control Phase tools.
Overall Course Objectives:
Have a clear understanding of when and how to effectively apply the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Level tools to a process improvement project.Duration:  17 Days (136 hours)
Training Materials Provided:  
Both electronic reference files and a printed training manuals will be provided and is included in the pricing.
Prerequisites:  
Participants must have a PC, working email, MS Office, and Minitab 19 software loaded on PC. (Load Minitab software five days prior to training date)
